My dear brothers in Christ, please when next you eat pounded yam with vegetable soup, laced with goat meat and cow leg, and flush it down with a cold bottle of 50 CL coca-cola drink and you wake up in the morning with a word or vision from God that sister A is your wife, please be sure its really The Lord you heard. I am a firm believer in the will of God on marriage for His children, however what I do not subscribe to is harassing a sister with all the spiritual rhetoric, even when she doesnt feel the same way. If a sister says NO, please respect her stance. Let her be. If its really God, He would make a way. And if at the end of the day, it doesnt work out, God will surely get you someone else, and even better than you hoped for. Stalking a sister in Christ and causing her emotional trauma, just so you can get a yes, is not consistent with the Spirit of love. That sister is first, a SISTER in Christ before becoming a wife, if she so be. Our sisters are delicate and tender, and should be treated with care. Lets not make the scriptures into a set of arrows, to torment them into marriage. So my brothers, before you embark on that mission, be sure to examine that voice you heard because there are many voices in the world today and youll be shocked, pounded yam is one of them.
