My dear sweet sister is a machine!!! Yesterday at 4:50 pm I went to the post office to mail 3 express letters and she waited on me. As I was leaving she said I think we should move your store tonight. I said...You are crazy! Dont worry about moving Bliss. I will do it slowly by myself. You and Eric have worked all day. You would be sooo tired. Thanks though. So sweet of you to offer. She didnt take no for an answer. About 90 minutes later she showed up with her kind boyfriend Eric Foster and 3 of their girls including my niece Phoebe Cannon. My daughter Savannah Raine Whitacre drove with them as well. Our friend Tasha Foxwell showed up shortly thereafter. Gloria (of Ham and Gloria) wandered in to help as did Richie Woolfolk and his friend Shane. Within two hours we had moved the entire contents of Bliss Jewelry into its new space two doors down. I bought everyone yummy food from Leaky Petes which we ate while watching Richie have a dance - off with the young girls. I was dreading the move and putting it off. The thought of disassembling the space where Geoffrey Goodman and I shared so many memories broke my heart. But thanks to my sweet sister, her boyfriend, our friends, and our children the room was filled with laughter and joy. And Geoff wouldnt have wanted it any other way.... Thank you all for last night. I love you!!!
