My devotional this morning lasted 6 miles in an open setting of expansive sky and beautiful quiet. The message came direct, a meaningful one on one. Love, and live a good life. The birds, insects and cottonwood leaves would break into robust praises at random times (though in disharmony and no discernible organized beat). The instrumental accompaniment came from the reed family, Grasses of the Wetland. Angels of pure white were in the form of herons high up in trees watching over me as I quietly passed the watering hole. Is it blasphemy to hear the message this way, or a blessing? Maybe the point is to hear the message, however it is delivered, and live the message. A meaningful day to all of you...
