My essay is about a colour Black By Chayanan Assawadhammanond The word Black for me has many meanings, as follows, 1. Black is the sacred thing because it’s dark, so when I see it I feel a feeling of sadness. 2. Black is the symbol of awareness for a situation, because of its sacred meaning. 3. Black is a complete opposite to the colour white. 4. Black is colour of coal, printing inks, night time etc. Thai people are wearing black color shirts also dark suits to the cremation ceremony which denotes a special occasion. Black colour should never be worn by Thai people for a wedding. One of my favorite colours for fashion is the color black. Black colour so useful for many situations. One time in a speech contest a question arose about the meaning of white and black, then a contester answered regarding the case of black and white he compared these opposite colors to good and evil minds. Black is so beautiful for me, I love to wear black color very much also the same applies to the colour white. I am very fond of a hat which I possess the color of which is black. I also have a black umbrella which I use in an exceptional situation. When you go out door if you wear a colour black shirt, It is claimed to conduct the Sun rays. Thus making the body hot. In Thai Society, when someone dies, we will wear a neutral colour. As one can guess my favorite color is Black, as I find it to be a useful colour.
