My everyday wheelchair has been in the shop for 2 weeks. Nu Motion at Heart of Bossier ordered the wrong parts & delayed ordering those until I paid my copay... Which they waited 2 days to call about. Now that Im complaining, they call at 5 minutes to closing saying they got it going without the new parts! So 2 weeks w/o it for no frickiing reason. Do not use them for any reason! Horrible customer service.
