My ex-wife and daughter ( both mentally ill ) and her husband ( just dumb ) have recently slandered me publicly. I plan to sue them for defamation of character seeking damages of $ 100,000 from each party. I am a fair man. If they would like to avoid a trial ( which they cannot win as they would have to prove all their allegations in court ) then I would accept a notarized letter of retraction from each party in addition to a payment of $10,000 from each party. This offer is good until June 30, 2014. This is very lenient in the face of their lies. Trial costs will be about $25-30,000 for each party plus my legal expenses and a much, much larger settlement from each party. They say I am not nice. I think I am being very fair, dont you? Of course, if the slander continues I will see you in court first, then with a Bailiff as we seize everything you own. Like this if you agree.
