My experience with v2k and exercise classes: Hot Yoga- machine - TopicsExpress

My experience with v2k and exercise classes: Hot Yoga- machine takes over balance, tries to mentally break me down and embarrass me and force me to leave, wrong moves, can not perform breathing techniques and publish to a pose at the same time. Zumba- machinedestroys all sense of timing, wrong moves (but generally enjoys it, he says). Step classes- machine has no sense of timing, wrong moves. Treadmill- loves the treadmill, publishes to the vibrations in the treadmill machine and focuses on them rather than your body so the walking is quite peaceful and enjoyable, not much talking. The treadmill is great for anyone with machines who love forcing you to walk or ace around for hours a day (like mine). If your v2k respond well to music, talk a walk on a treadmill with headphones or a music channel and it will keep you from looking like a crazy homeless person wandering the streets for hours on end. Bowling- will throw off your balance and throw unless they are publishing to one of their identities. Dancing- can not dance (wrong moves, bad timing, tripping you, making you lose balance) unless publishing to a song with a mean or to identities/programmed alters. More to come...
