My family and I are being forced to leave our home after it was illegally foreclosed on and sold at auction with the lending company greentree servicing llc. using a false deed to a company called Claremont homes. Claremont hones is now trying everything possible including lying about thing in court documents and calling my family and I liers. We had been trying everything we could do to save our house being as I have a 4 month old baby who is special needs and disabled and is being fed with a feeding tube. He has a major surgery coming up on the 25th of September so we were trying to get before a judge in Pittsburg California so that we could tell our story and have the judgement vacated due to incorrect things being done which would give us the 60 days we need to let our son recover from surgery and give us enough time to be able to get our stuff out. We were just informed that the apposing attorney filed to vacate our court date and the judge approved the motion basically forcing us and my disabled high risk child out and into the streets. We dont know where to go from here and need help getting our story out.
