My family went to the buck burger and brew for lunch today. I ordered medium well, not sure if they know that it was supposed to have some pink. I told the manager but she didnt seem too concerned said they could remake it and I declined and said to her, as it took about a half an hour to just get this, my sons grilled cheese and my wifes burger. She said well Ill take a little off your bill. So as we were finishing up the manager comes back and says I could only take a little off since you didnt have me remake it. I again reiterated if it wouldnt take a half hour to make then I would have but again didnt want to wait. She THEN says, well we wouldve pushed it to the front and got it out quick. I told her she could have said that when we complained the first time. Service all together horrible we had to keep asking for refills, and had to have the other waitress find ours. Food though was tasty. This was a third strike for them so not too sure we will be back anytime soon.
