My father Floyd helped make me who I am as a man. When I strayed from the appropriate path or misbehaved, he straightened me out. When I needed a dad to talk to or give advice, he was there. As I grew into youth and asserted my independence, he understood and was patient. When I watched him, I learned what a good man should do. He was my first entertainment manager opening the doors that would shape my career. I wish that he would have been able to walk the path beside me further than he did but one thing is for sure in my mind, I walked the path I did because he did as God said and taught me the way I should go.
