My favorite quote: If you cannot write well, you cannot think well. If you cannot think well then somebody else will do the thinking for you. There is only one thing I would add to what shes said. Its not JUST black people who need to get off their asses and handle their shit. I get that shes calling out black people because shes black and heaven forbid she try to call out the white people for fear that other white people will call her a racist so, since Im white, Ill do it for her. I dont care if youre black, white, or green with purple polka dots. If youre uneducated, lazy, ignorant, self-centered, or just plain pathetic and youre not willing to get off your lazy, uneducated, pathetic ass and change your own life then you deserve EXACTLY what youve got ... maybe less. If you cant get your priorities straight then you cant blame anyone but yourself when youre flat broke and cant provide your own necessities. If you would rather be spoon fed useless information about meaningless movie stars, athletes, and musicians than pay attention to whats really going on in the world around you then you will deserve to be treated like a useless member of society. I stress again SKIN COLOR IS NOT RELEVANT TO ME, neither is income ... ambition, intellect, a willingness and desire to NOT be a mindless drone - those are the things that matter!
