My fellow Democrats. The midterm elections dealt us a resounding defeat. We must re-group as a vocal opposition and become the tenacious watch dog regarding the Republican congressional majority. The have no mandate for anything. Everything is still open for negotiation. However, in the past the Tea Party faction of the Republican party has not allowed for compromise. Decide on the person you will send forth to render your decisions. Your house is divided, you must decide who will be its head. The Tea Party extreme right or the more moderate conservatives who favor negotiated compromise over gridlock?Who is the making the final decision for you is who we want to negotiate with. Cruz or McConnell?Who is your ultimate leader? My fellow progressives! We have just begun the fight!
