My final view on the Nkandla Saga: This was an embarrassment of a highest order by the state and the president, like one analyst whos said this morning, JZ can not be trusted , he lied to the parliament and to the people of RSA. Its difficult for me to comprehend the lawlessness in this beloved movement. Thuli had corruption findings on several top ANC officials, Cele, Dina Pule etc , she advised the president to do the right thing in cases, yet same individual who are underming our democracy are still there and some in the election list. Like I said before, JZ is not the only culprit, he dint elect himself, the NEC that elected him are at fault and can not be trusted, Even before JZ was elected he was involved in Corruption cases ( shabir shake) , Rape case, Arms deal etc but the ANC opted to recall Mbeki ( what did Mbeki do?). Now the beloved movement is the shadow of its self because 1 individual, Court cases after court cases. JZ wont step down anytime soon, becosue he knows that, he won’t have the state as a shield.. I miss the likes Trevor Manuel, Tito Mboweni, Mbeki, Jay Naido ..leaders with credibility. The ANC needs to take bold steps, because the ship is sinking.
