My first and last experience with 1-800-flowers not good not good at all. I will not ever use them again. So where do I start well first off the guy that called me I couldnt make out half of what he said. English without a Arabic accent plz you cant make out what they are saying. So when I called them to figure out what the deal is guess what I get a Arabic accent lady. Now Im happy that they have learned english and all but a phone call with them is the worst. So after about 30 mins of trying to figure all of this out my temper got to me and I asked for someone who can speak great English she couldnt make sense of what I wanted and kept trying to explain the issue to me. So then I really got upset and said do you have an american there I can talk to she understood that and transfered me. So from there the I go on explaining it all the this lady and I tell her how I wanted them delivered today because its our anniversary so then she ask me am I Melissa Harvey Williams ... Really do I sound like a girl? So then I ask her for the florist number so I can explain to them how to get ahold of Melissa and the lady tells me they cant disclose that information... Really its a florist not my medical records so I tell her how to get Melissa ummm walk in the main door and ask for Melissa Williams. So she calls the florist to tell them and they said the only way they will deliver is for them to call Melissa and have her meet them outside really. OK what ever there gos the element of surprise. At this point Im just thru with this hole thing and just trying to get my wife some flowers for our anniversary so I tell the lady ok and then I call Melissa to let her know the whole thing. Gee thanks 1800flowers
