My formal introduction. ;) I purchased 100 acres of awesome in October. Heavily wooded with marketable timber. Flowing creeks all throughout the property that are spring fed, and a few spring fed ponds. This place has everything that I could possibly ever wish for. Grapevines and wild berries everywhere. Deer and turkey golare. Even bear and mountain lion hang out here on accasion. ;) We are off grid as can get other than a cell phone and the internet. No utility bills what so ever! We only have two dogs and a horse currently, but my plan is to have goats, chickens, pigs, and lambs. Also, we will have several glorious gardens! We have a 10x24 cabin right now. But I will also be building a tree House home and a Hobbit Hole home too. :) Happy Homesteading Guys!
