My friend was showing off his new I Phone 6 Plus. Thought Ill tell him 5 facts (so called) that I came to know about Apple..... 1. Apple has a division called Worldwide Loyalty Team which acts as their own Secret Police. Their duty is to stop updates leaking out. Known to brutally harass and intimidate employees, including invasion of privacy. 2. Suicides in Apple Factory isnt a known thing. Employees are exploited beyond imagination, specially in developing countries. In 2010 Apples Chinese producer Foxconn, 18 workers attempted suicide in protest to the harsh working conditions and 14 of them died. It is said to be like forced labour camps, public humiliation, packed dorms and constant surveillance. Foxconn has nets installed around their buildings, guess for what. 3. The symbol of Apple aka the half eaten apple is of Original Sin, inspired from the act of Adam & Eve, created by Rob Janoff. Refers to theme of Anarchy & Lust for Knowledge..... Read Apple Confidential written by Jean Louis Gasse. 4. Steve Jobs, celebrated worldwide as an inspirational genius, stripped off the co-founder of Apple, Steve Wozniac. He didnt stop there. He refuse to give Apple stock to his friend & coworker Dan Kottke, coz Dan refused to help Steve in getting his then girlfriend abort Steves Child, his first daughter who, even after the DNA test which proved positive about Steves father ship in 1979, he continued to reject her till death. 5. Apple doesnt indulge or refuse to pay anything towards charity. Apple is even not paying proper tax to US government. They do it by off-shoring all activities outside USA to avoid paying taxes. In 2013 Apple was found guilty about Tax Evading on 44 Billion USD by US Senate committe. Apples subsidiary, not one but three, are registered in Ireland coz they dont have to pay tax and holds 60% of profits. Apples IPR aka Intellectual Property Rights are with these Irish firms, simply coz it helps them to stop paying taxes. I dont know if all these are true, but sure is thought provoking :/
