My friends neighbours neighbour came back from Lagos yesterday. This afternoon, my friend dialed me and I told him that I was in the office. After some discussions, he also told me that his neighbour has for a relatively brief period of time abandoned the compound. My friend too said he wants to go on two weeks recess and that he thought of staying in my house for this period of time since he didnt know why his neighbour deserted that beautiful compound. I cut off the call pretended that it was network wahala. Since then, my phone was off. On putting on my phone this evening, my friends call was the first call that came in, are you back from the office? I replied, Im on leave. My friend: but u were in the office today. Me: I only went there to submit my Leave Letter. My friend: which kind impromptu leave be this nah? Me: your papa, must I tell you before I go on leave?
