My god this site is something else at times :( I read daily and even after 35 years of owning horses I seem to learn something as most would agree none of us know everything ! Even vets have been known to ask for second opinions due to being unsure at times. So why when some poor upset horse owner posts about her equine needing genuine advice does everyone scream get the vet. Yes we own horses knowing they are expensive but that shouldnt involve a weekly visit from our vet. Yes some are exception to the rule but please do we all get an ambulance to A&E with every splinter, splutter or lump ? No we dont ! So lets please offer helpful advice before jumping down these poor owners throats :)
