My golf practice assesment program. Target : Heal the injury & increase performance. Physical Injuries & Limitation : left elbow, Hip joint stiffness, shoulder flexion. Swing Fault : แบคสวิงมี Flat shoulders plane ดาวสวิงมี Earlyextention(สะโพกทิ่มเข้าหาลูก) Fitness Exercises : Lunge stance one arm incline rows, Lunge stance one arm decline chest press, calf strech, disassociation planks Swing drills : Sweep the dust, picket fence Mental game practice : swing key though, one at a time til you master it, then you can move to the next region, simulate game condition Medical rehabitation : L. scapula, L. shoulder rotator cuff, L.elbow Practice schedule : 5 day/w, 2 day rest. Fitness exercise 3 day/w., Light practice on swing fix focusing on motor leaning, score keeping by shot making 3/5, muscel screening everyday. Conclusion : mornitor the patern and alter the tecnic every 2 days. If I got the feeling right, just keep doing the patern. Always rely on the ball flight & shot making.
