Online Coaching Overview STANDARD ONLINE COACHING $299 for first 6 weeks, $99 for last 4 weeks (or $350 paid in full) - I create a customized program for client (training, supplement protocol, cardio protocol and diet). Programs will be based on the questionnaire sheet and will be based and tailored to your goals, limitations, experience and training experience. - Client will receive 3 workout programs throughout the 10 week program and a periodized cardio protocol. Nutrition programs will be based on clients progress. - Client will have to check in with me every 2 weeks via email to review progress (onus is on CLIENT) - I review progress, updates program as needed and provides recommendations and feedback via email minimum once every 2 weeks. - Client will have access to me via email to answer any questions as the weeks go on.
