Ben Goodfellow: Hi, This package was dropped off on 20th Nov on next day service. It has only just been collected from the drop off point today so its very late. What will be done as I have paid for next day and it has been several days now. Alex: Please can you confirm your address Ben? Ben Goodfellow: bristol Alex: Thank you Alex: I am very sorry that this was collected late. We cannot always guarantee collection and this is stated on each service description, therefore I am unable to provide a refund Alex: Sorry about that Ben Ben Goodfellow: I can accept 1 missed collection, but this was not collected until the 3rd day. I dont consider that acceptable for a next day service which now will now be delivered 2 days late. I would have been better off sending on a cheaper 48 hour or 72 hour service Alex: With our drop off service the parcel is usually collected the next working day if dropped off after noon Ben Goodfellow: yes but it wasnt was it , it was only collected today after being dropped on Thursday Alex: I am very sorry about that Ben, but we cannot guarantee collection. Ben Goodfellow: ok i still dont see how you can advertise a next day service that is not a next day service its rediculous Ben Goodfellow: perhaps it should be advertised as next day if your lucky service Alex: I am sorry that you feel that way Ben Ben Goodfellow: its not how i feel it is the fact of the matter, its not my opinion it is exactly what has happened. I have been sold a next day service that is not a next day service. Ben Goodfellow: i just cannot see how you can be allowed to advertise it as next day when it isnt Ben Goodfellow: if i went to the supermarket and bought some chicken but it was actually beef they would probably get in some trouble!!!! Ben Goodfellow: :) Ben Goodfellow: Imagine if I bought an flight to moscow but I ended up in Texas, the airline would probably get in trouble! Ben Goodfellow: Imagine if I bought an apple but it was actually a banana and I ate it and I was allergic to bananas i would die!! Alex: Of course. can you give me a few minutes to see if I can do anything for you Ben Alex: As a sign of goodwill and apology for the late collection can I interest you in £5 prepay for future orders? Ben Goodfellow: Thats very kind, luckily when i bought my apple it wasnt a banana so I am not dead so I can send another parcel with my £5 credit!!
