My heart and prayers go out to the friends and family of Robin Williams, my prayers go out to a grieved people whose lives he touched all over the world. I myself have struggled with depression and anxiety, although it has been many years now, I was healed of those things and have walked along side of many who have struggled with suicidal thoughts and were tormented in their soul and spirit, as well as in their body as a result of depression. It is more common an issue than many recognize, some dont even have a definition or a language for what is going on inside of them, especially in the early stages. Many do not know how to even ask for help or who to turn to in crisis. Help is out there and healing is possible. If you or someone you know is struggling please do not hesitate to seek help. Healing is available for you in your body, your soul and your spirit.
