My heart has always gone out to those who have missing children, but now I have a small glimps into how they must feel every single second of everyday. Friday afternoon I experienced a feeling I never want to ever have to feel again. Alexia was missing for what seemed like hours although it was really less than an hour. Her dad was out looking for her and I felt helpless sitting on the phone with her principal while I fed Brooklyn. Luckily a teacher found her and not someone who cou have hurt her. I really thought I may not see her again. Once I got to the school all I gout do was hold her tight, cry uncontrollably, and thank God a million times over that she was safe back in my arms.
