My heart hurts for him, and his family. This is a suicide note recorded by Blake Coatney shortly before he committed suicide. Everyone knows how seriously my family and I take suicide. Weve lost a few really close family/friends. If I can help it, none of you will feel so defeated and alone. I might not visit everyone like I used to, but I still love yall very much. If you need someone to just listen, just cry with, Im there no matter what. Even those of you who think I hate you, let me know you need someone. No one should carry this much sadness alone. Look around you, when you dont think anyone cares. You are loved, you are special, amd you are worth it. Dont bottle everything up inside, because its just going to blow up eventually. Talk to a friend, a counselor, or even just a journal. You need to find a way to release those feelings. Also, stay busy, get a hobby. Something you LOVE to do. Think about how ending your life will hurt your family. You must try your hardest to remain strong, lean on someone when you need. You arent alone. Everything may seem dark right now, but if you just hold on for a little longer, you will see the light. Things always get better, or at least relatively bearable, but moving on, and moving forward, things will never be the same, but even so, eventually youll find happiness and strength in other areas. Theres still more living to do. You have love and support, even if you cant see it. Ive been here before, the darkness and depression seemed unending. I went numb for a very long time. Eventually depression can become comfortable, because youre used to it. Please share to help get the message every where, you dont know how much someone might need to hear it..
