My heart is EXPLODING Im so excited to get the wheels spinning on this endeavor! Im starting this like page so that I can use it as a forum to chat with all of you about health, happiness, fitness, vices, hobbies, recipes, wine, beer, dogs, vacations, and everything else we feel like sharing with each other! Once I get the hang of things, I plan to host a few challenge groups that I hope you all choose to participate in! Id like to try a 7 day clean eating challenge first... after weve DOMINATED that challenge, we can try a new workout or eating challenge together!
