hey everyone sorry I havent been posting, been so busy doing stuff for the University. Here is a update on my Agenda. 1. Changing the Drug Policy- We are in the closing stages of the policy and should be passed in the Senate in the next few weeks thanks to Hunter Parent-Wetmore 2. Paul Revere Mass Scott- In progress. I have been approve to get this project under way and hopefully the new U-Pride Committee and I will be able to bring this new additional to U-Pride by the Big Chill. 3. Student Textbook Exchange- I have the plan in place, but I am waiting for a Senator to let me know if she is passing the policy I need to pass, so I can pass my Exchange Program through the Senate. Although it took me only a week to do my research and get everything together. 4. A new project. the creation of the U-Mass trail which will be like the Freedom trail in Boston, but just be UMASS history, and hopefully we can expand it into the town Amherst and form the Amherst trail. This is going to include a new RSO called the UMASS HISTORICAL SOCIETY if there isnt one. 5 The Flag Project- I was given ideas that on the Fine Arts building we should put flags of all the countries and states that UMASS represents. It helps spreading the diversity and bring some light to the campus. Also I am on strive to get all residential buildings their own flags in front of the buildings, and all other buildings having the state flag, American flag, or a Umass Flag.
