My heart & tears go out to this family. Ever since I created a group for our Hannah Bug, Ive been following this family & many others who walk in similar shoes as ours. This precious Hannah Bear & family fought hard for the last two years against her Krabbe Disease (leukodystrophy). I cried to my husband a few days ago when I read the news of her passing. As a special needs parent, your version of a normal life at home is made around whatever ailments your child is living with. The sounds of the vent machine, heart monitor, & O2 alarms are customary. Its like a babys cry- you eventually learn what the different octaves of the cries/alarms mean without physically seeing what theyre doing. I cant imagine going home & not hearing those sounds anymore... I cant stop the tears as I sympathize & pray for this family. Hannah Bug & the Strouse Family sends our love to sweet Hannah Bear.
