My holistic thoughts of the day: If a nonprofit organization is struggling with a number of its core organizational areas do you agree that a clear and compelling mission needs to be addressed before board and staff leadership; that board and staff leadership need to be addressed before programs & services; that programs and services need to be addressed before marketing and messaging; and that marketing & messaging need to be addressed before fundraising? Thus concluding that ALL of these other areas need to be addressed before you can have successful fundraising. Do you agree with this order or not? Curious to see if these should be reorganized at all?
