My honey has had a busy weekend. Last night Debbie visited Dad after taking Dillon to his dentist appointment. Today, Eddie Beaver and Amy visited. His son, Don Owens and Rebecca Sterrett Owens stopped in with several things for Dad, the very best being a remote control with actual numbers, instead of up and down arrows He was so happy !! They also bought him pj type pants and really nice flannel shirts and new undershirts. I am so grateful for the shopping help. Just as I was leaving, Joel Case and grandpas little love, Emily, showed up. Joel helped get me and all my stuff in the van, he even started it for me and got my hoodie on ! I was freezing ! Lol. You all know how I tell you I married the strongest man Ive ever known ? Well today, a nurse helped him up, he grabbed the walker and trip tropped his bad self right in to the bathroom. Unlike weebles, he didnt wobble once !! I am so, so happy ! I also spoke with diatary about maybe some Boost or Ensure. She agreed. This 140lbs, is at minimun 20 lbs below his normal weight. I also spoke with his kidney doctor. So far dyalisis has taken 15 to 18 litres of fluid off my honey. Just out of curiosity, will someone convert that to gallons for me please ?!
