My hope with this page is to building a following as I develop my kids book to help keep me stay on task and actually finish it. Ive thought about it long enough thats for sure!! A bit about me and this kids book: The story is set at our family home, an old cottage on Mount Dandenong in Melbourne, Australia. When its not raining its a stunning place that is full of amazing things for kids to experience. This story is essentially what my kids and I use to do on the way home after dropping the bins out for collection at the end of our little dirt street. In the dusk light of an autumn evening it was always a magical place - hence wanting to capture it in this little story about heading back home. Today we live in Shanghai, quite the opposite of Mount Dandenong. If I can ever get this first book drawn I hope to do another one from the end of our street here too before we leave. Heres hoping!
