My husband & I went to court today in Bates Conty Mo for cultivation. He was growing for himself only in our basement when a former in-law turned him in. He has acute-neovascular-glaucoma among many other ailments of long term diabetis. Altough the PA was making us a good offer, I am so enraged about the cost this has exacted on my poor husband I am up for a fight. If they just would have given him his damned blood pressure meds, blood thinners & insulin that week in jail, we could have avoided 2 toe amputations & three vascular surgeries. And he would still be able to walk. I am mad as hell & I am not gonna take it anymore!!
