My husband and I were both logged in at the same time, different Gencon log-ins, he was at home and I was at work. Even though I got into the que for the portal before he did, he got in to reserve before I did, then we both had the same issues as everyone else, select a room try to check out get told you werent fast enough (sometimes before you even got to the screen to enter the info) we both got kicked out or given error messages or pages wouldnt load several times. We have gone to Dragoncon since 05 and have recently moved to the Midwest, which is why we decided to try this con. In 8 years of booking a Hotel for DragonCon, which is a comparable size, I have never had even close to the difficulties that I experienced today. I see this is a yearly issue from other posts, are there other issues that happen during the convention or is it pretty smooth sailing from here on out?
