My idea/Solution for the illegal alien to citizenship issue. Inform llegals currently living in U.S. that they must be present at a location and fill out an "amnesty" profile packet. Once conpleted tell them "thank you for your application for citizenship to the U.S.A your application will be processed in the order it was recieved." Immediately afterward have border agents deport them and have them wait in line like those before them who have integrity to go through the process right. Its a swoop and swap tactic. ^.^
