My incredible husband made a decision in December of last year to put his health, and in turn his family, first. Through hard work, good eating and overall just being amazing, hes lost over 50 pounds. Dont get me wrong, the man can still put down some beer and serve up a mean plate of biscuits and gravy, but he is doing it all the right way for our little (big) family.
