My keyboard is not fixed and it still isnt working right. I was upset yesterday when at Best Buy and last night I felt maybe I was being too harsh, because my computer while being brought in 5 times to Best Buy, it only has been sent out once. I thought at first I was being a drama queen. But now Im wondering, does anyone know of anyone whos complained about Best Buy not fixing things or sending them out when it needs to be, so they dont have to honor the warranty? Ive complained since the start this computer overheats a lot, like my last computer which had to be sent out all the time (this computer is a result of a past purchase of a Toshiba Satellite that was a lot of money when I had my backpay in 2010) all the internal hardware having to be replaced, several times, before they lemoned it out.... I only have 5 weeks left on the warranty....And cant afford to replace it. Im not looking for something Im not due. But when I picked this computer out, I was told that I would not have the same problems I did with my Toshiba, and I am, but in this case, theyve done nothing about it......
