My last Dusty Baker replay, makes me pretty nostalgic. Every season that my baseball idol has managed I have replayed that team. The 2013 Reds my final Dusty replay. Loved the Reds when Dusty was there and am having fun with the project entitled, Wristbands and Chewing Sticks Here is a 29 game update: Wins 18 Losses 11, a few more than the real life team had at this point, but the replay has featured some luck and some unlikely heroes, Votto hitting .305 with a .430 OBP, Choo leads team with .431 OBP and 24 runs, Frazier leads with .535 SLG and 6 HR. Team avg .244, .392 SLG, .318 OBP. Phillips clutch as always, 24 RBI Top pitchers Bailey 4-1 1.71 ERA, Leake 4-0 1.82 ERA Chapman 7 Saves, 24 K in 13 IP, 1.38 ERA Team ERA 2.53 Much like the real life 2013 team, good pitching, defense and timely power. Noting what happened in real life 2014, makes the job Dusty did look even better taking this team to the post season.
