My letter to Teavanna Short Pump: (they wont allow me to post to their wall so Ill share my experience with all of you) I am extremely frustrated with my experience with both the Teavanna location in Short Pump Virginia and your customer service line. I purchased a tea of the month membership as a gift for Fathers Day on May 31st. My father has not received his tea yet. I called and waited over 1/2 an hour on your 1-800 # before opting to hit one for a call back 3 days ago ( nobody has returned my call yet) I then called the Short Pump store and spoke with Brian 4 times, each time he gave me a time he would return my call, the first day I did not receive a call back, I called the following morning at 10am and was told he would return my call by noon, I called at 3 and he was out to lunch, so I left a message, at 5 I called again, he read my phone number, mailing address and email to me and assured me he would call by 8PM, he did not. I just want to know where my gift is, any other company would simply type in the information into their computer and be able to provide me with a status in a matter of minutes I do not know why it is taking 3+ days to get this information nor why not one of my phone calls has been returned. At this point most companies would have apologized and shipped my order overnight or offered a refund. This customer service experience has not only soured my opinion of Teavanna but also my family who has been anxiously awaiting answers.
