My life be like... Lower chest, back thickness, posterior delts! And rocking my new Gymshark tank! Todays routine was: _ 3x8 BB Bench press _ 1 RM BB bench press, just to give it a go real quick as I dont bench much, pushed 120kg 1,5 times. Almost 2, not yet tho.. _ 3x8 Decline BB bench press _ 3x9 Standing cable flyes _ 3x8 Torsonator T-pull _ 3x8 One arm plank pull, exercise in the video. That exercise is a massive challenge, its killing your core at the same time, give it a go! _ 3x8 Cable reverse flyes _ 3x10 DB Bent over reverse flyes BOOOOOOOOOOOOM Have fun :) _____________________ FR _ 3x8 Développé couché à la barre. _ Essai de rep max au dev couché, 120kg presque 2 fois. Pas trop mal en sachant que je fais très peu de Bench. _ 3x8 Dev decliné _ 3x9 écartées poulie _ 3x8 Torsonator tirage _ 3x8 Un bras tirage planche (exercice de la vidéo, qui en plus de bosser le dos, matraque vos abdos!) _ 3x8 Écartées inversées poulie _ 3x10 Écartées inversées penché halteres #Gymshark #fitnessfirst #abs #fitness
