My liquid demi 8GN is such an important shade! It is a COOL GOLD-NEUTRAL. The PERFECT shade to use on a light brunette whose hair lengths have turned brassy... she wants a cooler finish... not a darker one. When working to tone too yellow highlights, I use 1 1/2 ounces of 10BB and 1/2 ounce of 8GN for five to seven minutes.... it gently deepens and cools the unwanted yellow. High total saturation in 8GN make it a very, very effective gray blender when applied to medium or light brown hair and processed with heat for 20 minutes, and then continued processing at room temperature for 20 additional minutes... and the SHINE is simply amazing. I also tone highlights with equal parts of 10G and 8GN when I want a soft natural shade on shade highlight on brunette hair with prelightened strands. I think its great to find a shade you can use in many ways! Enjoy
