My little story... We are having pretty hot weather here in FL and yesterday I decided to tend to my yard before any storms came through. I started at 10am by first applying Purification essential oil blend all over me to keep the bugs away, mowing the front and back, returned the mower to my friends house (walked it over), pulled weeds around all the plants in the front yard and pulled vines out of my beautiful wall of jasmine and trees, finishing around 4pm. I was very conscious of how much I was sweating so I would take the time to go inside and fill a glass of water with a couple of drops of lemon essential oil to keep my hydrated along with a shot of NingXia Red and minerals because when we sweat we lose many minerals. I filled an entire garbage can by 4pm and my plants are happy and so is my body! And today I feel terrific. Remember, prevention is the key :). aromatherapyliving/ningxiawolfberryproducts.html
