My majestic looking African hunting dog, just a pet to me, got in a fight last week with a pack of roaming dogs. He is no longer so majestic looking. One eye is half closed, his ears are all chewed up, he has a big hunk of skin dangling from his face. and he has puncture wounds all over, with a half dollar sized hole in his side. Now, he walks with a limp. Over night he went from strong and regal to an old dog. There are no Vets here so we just have to hope he heals ok.
