My mentor in Kansas City, the great bass player, Don Hamblin told - TopicsExpress

My mentor in Kansas City, the great bass player, Don Hamblin told me in 1971 that if you wanted to never be unemployed as a guitar player learn every note on this album. I believe it was out of print at the time but he found me a copy. I proceeded to do my homework! I have never been out out of work since! I was a kid but he took the time to put me on the right path! Thanks Don I can never repay you! You never know when you help someone how it may effect their life. My advice? Help everyone you can! Thanks Don I owe you a career! Also thanks to Momma Ray, Kansas Cities Queen of Blues and Jazz! You both put me on the right path! Kansas City runs thru my veins! ENJOY
