My mobile phone service being cut off, I am utterly disgusted with your service and your ignorant putrid customer service representatives. Your company has cancelled my phone number due to a "non payment of bill" to witch I never received a letter about NOT ONCE. I have now lost THOUSANDS of dollars due to my phone be INACTIVE for multiple days wile they get around to RECCONECTING IT. I am utterly DISGUSTED with your AWFUL service and I wish to be released from my contact to goto another service provider because your company is just truly the WORST mobile phone service in Australia, I would probably find better service with a paper cup & a piece of string. If my query is not resolved I will be taking legal action against Vodaphone.
