My mom Ruth is going to be 86, Jan. 4th. She is beautiful inside and out. I still remember her teaching me how to pray, I was around 3 or 4. I remember hearing her pray in her room for the Lord to provide food for her children and soon after someone would come with a food box or the owner of IGA store would call and say they had some food for us. Every time there was a need, she called on God and taught us to do the same. Im sure being a widow with 5 boys and 3 girls was not easy. She taught us to love God, work hard, give to others and believe that God will work it out. She would always tell us how blessed we were because we were together. She is a strong woman of faith and Im thankful that she is my mother. Happy birthday momma.
