My mom is patient (as a teen I would take forever to get ready, usually running out all the hot water so she would have to take a cold shower), my mom is kind (she shows kindness for friends and strangers alike). She does not envy, she does not boast (unless its about Jesus, her kids or grand kids:)), she is not proud. She does not dishonor others, my mama is not self-seeking (she gave up finishing her college degree and dream to be a pharmacist to help me be a mama), she is not easily angered (thank goodness!!), she keeps no record of wrongs. My mama does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth (we would and still will get in the most trouble for lying. She has always modeled honesty). She always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Why? Because my mama IS love and knows Who LOVE is:) Happy Mothers Day Mama!
