My mother was an extremely talented and self-taught artist. I am picturing her painting some pretty incredible pieces of art right now! She absolutely enjoyed helping children with math and to read and write at school. Many people knew she was a wiz at genealogy way before the Internet. Not to mention her incredible movie collection and detailed following of the NASA space program. I am proud of her many passions, skills, and talents. She deserves to finally rest in peace. Visitation for Dolores Gates Miller will be Saturday, September 6 from 1:00-3:00 p.m. and a memorial service at 3:00 p.m. at the Birmingham-Martin Funeral Home in Vienna, Missouri (due to this summers fire at their Dixon location), followed by a graveside service in Dixon, Missouri.
