My mum, myself and the park family would like to thank everyone for all their lovely cards, messages and flowers, they have really helped us get through this difficult time. Thank you so much to all my work colleagues on ward 23 and to the staff at preston private nursing home for their excellent care and compassion we were lucky to have such amazing people care for our grandma. As most of you know my grandma passed away peacefully last Tuesday, all those who met her will know that she was an amazing woman, one of kind, who touched the hearts of everyone she met and we were lucky to have her in our lives for so long as she died at the age of 91. Yesterday was the funeral and it couldnt of gone any better than we had hoped. She would have been amazed at all the support and sincere condolences that we have received, it will not be forgotten xxxxxx
