My name is Alexandra Roberts (Alex) and I am a qualified veterinary nurse. I established Pet Services the year 2000 in Lancashire. I can provide a police check certificate, references from past and current customers and I am fully insured. Recently having returned to Denbighshire where I grew up I am now introducing Pet Services to Ruthin and the surrounding villages and towns. I offer you a great alternative to boarding your pets allowing them to remain in familiar surroundings with all their comforts whilst you are away safe in the knowledge they are having top quality care along with your house having that added security. My dog walking service has always been extremely popular with my customers allowing peace of mind during the day whilst at work, an appointment or simply just having a break from walking the dog. Needless to say I am very popular during the winter months and when it’s raining! I offer regular walks or one off walks all tailored to your requirements with little or no notice needed. I also provide a pet taxi/chaperone service taking and accompanying (if required) for appointments with their vet, groomer or any other travelling needs e.g. staying with friends or relatives. This service is also offered out of hours (8pm - 8am) subject to availability during an emergency or pre-booked. Medication administration is also available e.g. worming or flea treatment which for some cat owners is an absolute must! I do offer a meet and greet session with you and your pet(s) before any of the services are undertaken so your pet can become familiar with me and you can discuss any aspect of the care you feel I should know. Each animal has their own portfolio so please rest assured that your pet(s) will be happy with no change to their routines. There is no obligation following the meet and greet sessions and if you feel necessary we can arrange more than one so all parties are happy. I love animals and my promise has always been that I will treat them and love them as my own whilst they are in my care.
