My name is Borko and I live in Bulgaria. In May of 2012, while living on the streets, I was beaten so badly by humans that my spine broke and I lost the ability to use my back paws.Luckily, I was taken in by a loving and kind Bulgarian Doctor and I got around by hopping on my two front paws. One day while I was enjoying the sunshine in our front yard, a mob of angry men came to our home with a film crew. At first, I was happy because I thought they were coming to say hello, but I guess they thought I was being bad because they beat me with more sticks and attacked me so badly that I thought I was going to die. Now my Daddy is being persecuted in our village because he helps the poor strays like me. PLEASE share my story and let the world know that the Government in Bulgaria are not enforcing laws against acts of animal cruelty and that they are allowing kind people who help animals like me to be persecuted and removed from their home.
