My name is Crystal Daniels. I am a 32 year old single mother of two. On July 8, 2004 I was accused of arm robbery and sentence to serve 25 years in the Mississippi state prison. My earliest release date is 10/02/25. I was very young and naive to certain areas of the law. My being a first time offender should never have receive such a harsh sentence,especially considering no robbery ever took place. The alleged robbery took place in a bank; however when FBI agents come in for their investigation they ruled there was not enough evidence to rule any federal crime took place. I know youre probably thinking how am I doing state time on a federal case that the feds wouldnt charge me with.....Im thinking it too. Each day i will take you deeper into my life, this charge, I will have pictures of my children posted, most of all I will keep everyone posted on the progress that their donations are helping me make in funding the attorney that I need to do all the procedures that will bring me back home to my children.
